Promethe

Privacy policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

What personal data this site collects, why, and how to have it deleted.

Who is responsible

Controller under the GDPR: Gal Tuvyahu, sole proprietor, Greece. Contact: hello@promethe.gr.

The free sample form

When you ask for the free sample we store your email address, which form you used (for example the English home page or the Greek sample page), whether you ticked the optional box for marketing emails, and the date and time.

This is stored in Vercel Blob, a storage service run by Vercel Inc., which also hosts this website.

If you ticked the box, we may send you occasional emails about Promethe. If you didn’t, we won’t send you marketing emails. The sample works the same either way.

When you buy

Payment happens on Lemon Squeezy’s checkout, not on this site. Lemon Squeezy sells the pack on our behalf (it is the “merchant of record”): it takes the payment, handles VAT and issues the receipt. Your card and billing details go to Lemon Squeezy and are covered by its own privacy policy.

After a purchase, Lemon Squeezy sends us your name, email address and order details. We store these in Vercel Blob so we can help with your order, for example if you need a new copy of the file. We may also send you a few short emails about using the pack.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

What we don’t use

No analytics and no advertising trackers, and our pages don’t set cookies. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google or another third party.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or get a copy. You can withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time and object to how we use your data. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Unsubscribe or delete your data

Email hello@promethe.gr from the address you used and tell us what you want: stop marketing emails, delete everything, or send you a copy. We’ll do it and confirm by email.
