Refund policy

The short version: if the pack isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and you get all your money back.

14 days, any reason

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund. You don’t need to give a reason, and we refund the full amount you paid, including VAT.

How to ask

Email hello@promethe.gr with your order number (it’s on the Lemon Squeezy receipt). Refunds are paid through Lemon Squeezy to the payment method you used, usually within a few working days.

After 14 days

After 14 days we no longer offer refunds, except when the file has a technical problem (it won’t open or is corrupted) and a working copy from us doesn’t fix it.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law.
