The terms for buying and using the Promethe Template Pack.

Who sells the pack

The pack is made by Gal Tuvyahu, sole proprietor, Greece (“we”). It is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record: you pay Lemon Squeezy, it handles VAT and issues your receipt, and its own checkout terms apply to the payment. Contact: hello@promethe.gr.

What you get

A digital download: a PDF and an editable Word (DOCX) file with guest messages and the other contents described on the home page. Nothing is posted.

Price and payment

€29, paid once. Any VAT for your country is calculated at checkout, before you pay. There is no subscription.

Licence

You may use, edit and send the texts for one property: one hotel, guesthouse, villa or rooms-to-let business. You may not resell, share, give away or publish the files or the texts as templates, in whole or in part. For more properties, email us first.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. See the refund policy.

No guarantee of results

The texts are templates. Before sending, check that every detail is right for your property and that your messages follow the rules of the platforms you use. We don’t promise more bookings, better reviews or any other result.

Liability

The pack is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.
