About

Who’s behind Promethe

I’m Gal Tuvyahu. My parents rent out properties in Athens, and for years I helped them. I learned from experience, and from plenty of my own mistakes.

Whenever I looked for answers online, what I found rarely felt professional or complete enough. So I started collecting what I’d learned, to help other hosts too.

My goal is simple: guests have a great time, and you find it comfortable and pleasant to keep hosting, fitting the business around your private life and your freedom, without the work eating up your whole day.

Is this software or a chatbot?

No. It’s two files: a PDF and an editable Word (DOCX) file with ready-written messages. You copy them and send them yourself. Nothing to install, no accounts, no passwords.

Couldn’t I just ask ChatGPT to write these?

You could, and the pack includes seven prompts for that. What you pay for is not starting from a blank page: six messages already written for small Greek properties, in five languages, with the details you need to change marked. You check and fill in, instead of prompting, comparing and fixing.

Is it a one-time payment?

Yes. €29, paid once. No subscription, and nothing renews.

How do I receive it?

It’s a digital download; nothing is posted. Right after payment you can download the PDF and the DOCX, and Lemon Squeezy also emails you the download link and your receipt.

Does it work with WhatsApp, email, Booking.com and Airbnb?

Yes. The messages are plain text, so they work anywhere you can paste: WhatsApp (including quick replies in WhatsApp Business), email, Booking.com extranet messages and Airbnb saved messages. The setup guide shows where to save them.

Which languages are included?

The six guest-stay messages are in Greek, English, German, French and Italian. Review replies and Google posts are in English, some also in Greek; the ChatGPT prompts help you adapt them to other languages. The pack comes in an English and a Greek edition, each as a PDF and an editable Word file.

Is it right for my property?

It’s written for small hotels, guesthouses, villas and rooms to let where the owner or family answers guests personally, on Booking.com, Airbnb or direct. It isn’t meant for a chain with its own guest-relations team.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If the pack isn’t right for you, email me within 14 days of purchase and I refund the full amount, whatever the reason. Details in the refund policy.

What about VAT?

Any VAT for your country is calculated at checkout, before you pay. You see the final total before you confirm.

Can I get an invoice for my business?

At checkout you can enter your business details; Lemon Squeezy issues the receipt/invoice. If you need something specific for your accountant, email me before buying.

Can I use it for several properties?
